This one is padel-led: a single pickleball court sits beside a caged padel court, with a bistro, social bar and outdoor Air Garden terrace on the same floor, and a golf simulator, dining room and relaxation room upstairs. Rates match MegaBox at HK$290 to 390 an hour for members and HK$600 for walk-ups, so the draw is the location and the hangout rather than court capacity.

A single court on the 13th floor of AIA Financial Centre on Prince Edward Road East, with big glass windows, a four-metre ceiling and free paddles and balls. Open 24 hours with self-service entry after an online booking, HK$200 an hour outside weekday evenings and weekend daytimes. Opened in November 2025 and reachable on foot from either Diamond Hill or Kai Tak, with a building shuttle to Diamond Hill.
