What it is
The JOOLA Hyperion Double Vision is the "powerhouse" model of JOOLA's Vision series — the brand's budget/intermediate line priced from about US$90 to US$120. It pairs JOOLA's pro Hyperion elongated shape (16.5" × 7.5", ~7.8 oz, 16mm) with a new aramid surface for impact resistance and a softer, longer-dwell feel. This is the Hyperion-shape Double Vision; the same paddle also comes in Perseus and Scorpeus shapes.
How it plays
For the money, it punches nicely. The aramid face gives a plush, controlled feel with more dwell than a cheap raw-carbon paddle, and the Hyperion shape delivers real reach. It's positioned as the powerful, cushioned option in the Vision line, and it plays like a friendly, forgiving all-court paddle rather than a demanding flagship. Spin and top-end power are where the budget shows, but for an improving player who wants a proper JOOLA at a fraction of Pro IV/Pro V money, it's a lot of paddle.
Where it fits
This is a value and first-real-paddle pick. Beginners and early-intermediate players get JOOLA's shape and build quality without the HK$2,000+ commitment, and the soft aramid feel is kind to developing hands. Advancing 4.0+ players will outgrow the spin and power ceiling and should look at the Gen-5 Pro V line instead.

Bottom line
Recommended as a value/beginner paddle — a genuine JOOLA at a budget price with a friendly, controlled feel. Not for advanced players chasing spin and pop; they want the Pro V line. But as a first real paddle or a forgiving all-court option, it's strong value.
