How it plays

You get the GX2 Power's signature — explosive pop with genuine dwell for spin and touch — in a shape that's kinder to off-center contact than the Elongated. The wider face gives a bigger sweet spot and quicker hands at the net, so it's the GX2 most players should start with. The same two caveats apply: it rewards a brushy, developed swing, and it needs breaking in.
