Selkirk LABS Boomstik Raw Carbon (Asia Edition)
The Asia-market Boomstik — same max-power BoomCore as the Project Boomstik, but with a raw carbon face instead of InfiniGrip. More initial bite, faster grit wear. Same monster power, same 'demo before you commit' advice. (Everglade is a colorway.)

The DinkStart verdictRecommendedWho it's for: Power players who want Boomstik pop with more initial bite — demo before committing.

What it is
The Selkirk LABS Boomstik Raw Carbon Asia Edition is the Asia-market version of the Project Boomstik — the same BoomCore system (a PureFoam core fused inside an EVA Power Ring) and MOI Tuning System, but faced with three layers of Multistrata T700 raw carbon instead of the flagship's long-wearing InfiniGrip. 16mm, elongated, 8.1–8.4 oz, with a long 5.8" handle. SmashPoint stocks it including the Everglade colorway (same paddle, different paint).
How it plays
Like a Boomstik — because underneath it is one. Selkirk claims roughly 12% more exit velocity than an average Gen-3 paddle from the BoomCore, and the raw carbon face gives sharp spin bite out of the box, arguably more initial texture than InfiniGrip. Our score derives from the Project Boomstik review adjusted for the face: same elite power and demanding character, slightly better fresh spin, and meaningfully faster grit wear — raw carbon smooths with months of play where InfiniGrip is built to last three times longer.
The caveats
Everything we said about the Project Boomstik carries over: it's a competitive player's paddle that punishes inconsistent contact, the price is premium, and Selkirk's launch-era QC complaints (edge guards, assembly) mean you inspect before you buy. Add one more: as an Asia-market edition, this variant has little independent test coverage, so treat our score as a derived estimate rather than a measured one.

Bottom line
Situational, like its sibling — elite power for advanced players, with the raw-carbon face trading longevity for out-of-the-box bite. If you want the longer-wearing surface, the US Project Boomstik; if you want Selkirk power most players can actually use, the SLK Era Power.
